Vafa, a half persian, half canadian youth, grew up traveling the world. Living in places like rwanda africa, and kathmandu nepal, he has ventured out to the distant corners of the earth and has finally come back to Vancouver Island. Growing up as a Baha'i (www.bahai.org) has given him a very a unique
perspective on the world and its issues. Baha'is beleive in oneness of mankind,
equailty of men and women, independant investigation of the truth, elimination of all form of prejudice and so forth. Inspired by these teaching, he blends funky jazz rhythms with stylin hip hop beats, to voice his experiences and beliefs. Watch out for him around victoria.
