Christopher Fleming

Christopher Fleming was born in Los Angeles, California. I grew up in two suburban cities, Long Beach and Pasadena California. Music was a household event because my parents were in an undergroud R&B group named Companies Coming. Recording studios, rehearsal halls and Live performances at various Military bases and night clubs throughout Southern California area was an on going event for fifteen years. Exposure to the Music Industry at an early age helped me groom and prepare for the sounds and musical direction you hear in my music today. In the mid to late 80..s while pursuing my group and solo career. I spent most of my time tring to create my own unique sound and being a studio "RAT" at various studios in the Southern California area. I was learning the tricks of the trade from the likes of Chuckii Booker, Alonzo "Lonny" Jackson, Bobby DeBarge, Jodi Simms, Chris Troy, Chuck Gentry and Steve Russell (TROOP). These people had a big impact on my Life and musical direction. My focus was to write music and play as much as possible and build a vast music catalog with the help of BMI. My talents consist of being a vocalist, percussionist, song writer producer, vocal arranger, studio tech and equipment repair in addition to operating all computer base musical software programs. My Independant Record label has a strong production team nick named "RM2" which consist of Derrick Causey and Myself. The goal for RM2 (RealMusic2) is to enter the music industry with a new sound of music evolution. Bring back the Old School heart and Soul with new school technology.
