Television:

I watch way too much TV, making it difficult to form any sort of concise list. I'd pretty much assume that anything you flip past and think "holy shit, people watch this crap?" is likely to be one of my favorite shows.

Books:

The Wrestler's Cruel Study, The Tao of Jeet Kune Do, Confessions of a Shopaholic, A Walk in the Woods, Dharma Punx... can't think of any more...
