Michael Aquino rolled around to music back in his parents house when he was an infant. His first concert (at about the age of 4) was for the 8 track player/recorder in the living room. The song was "Resse's Pieces" dedicated to his love for "Resse's Pieces"
He grew up in the land of the arts attending a magnet school for gifted and talented kids. There his love for music and theater grew. A few years of the recorder, a couple of years of the piano, many years of theater and five years of mostly self taught guitar and now he comes before you with an array of different songs.
Michael will sometimes perform solo, sometimes with the talented Jay Clark, Dave Hilton, Jesse Monahan or Brian Scorben (aka. The Side Order) or with an imaginary pelican.
In 2008 Michael started a Independent Musician's Night called Indie Music Circus. Currently it is being housed at Luna Stage in Montclair, NJ. It's been growing by leaps and bounds and features up and coming area musician's. If interested in playing, feel free to drop him a line.
