About Me

I'm a feature reporter for a smalltown newspaper in Nebraska. My interests include a diverse spectrum of music, sports, and conversation. I fronted a Christian rock band in my youth and have met many of my favorite musicians. A few of them I would even consider friends. I've also met many of my favorite athletes through the years. I try not to take life too seriously unless absolutely necessary. Humor is an art form. So many jokes, so little time. I like wholesome, decent people who know how to have fun and can function without drugs or excessive alcohol. Not to drop names, but Jesus is a personal friend of mine.

My Interests

Singing (don't do much of it anymore, used to front a Christian rock band and was a karaoke star in my day), working too hard on stories, talking on the phone, quoting rock lyrics, eating any number of wonderful foods that are bad for me.

I'd like to meet:

The guys from Eterna, Illuminandi, and maybe the pope. I'd share my views on Christian rock music, if given the chance. I hear he's down on secular rock.
