Although Pain waz born in the South, he moved around a lot as a child.He moved over 7 times while growing up. A few of the stops in his journey landed him in St. Louis, Detroit and even Chicago. As a result of being "bounced around" at a very young age, he learned how to survive. In 88†he moved to the Southside of Jackson, MS and for the first time in his life he found a place that he called home. After his high school graduation he hustled hard in the streets, but quickly realized that this wasn't the route he wanted to go now that he had a new born daughter. It was at this moment where he felt his struggle most, and his alter ego PAIN came to be. Later Pain decided to enlist in the Army where he was stationed in a Field Artillary Unit in Germany for three years. After he returned home, he signed up for some College courses, where he met the second half of his infamous group, Prophet. History was made with this meeting as Pain and Prophet would later go on to form the group Guttah Boss Faction (G.B.F.). Pain has been married to Hip-Hop ever since then. " I was influenced by many, but some of them include; Pac, Scarface, Twista, Outkast, Lil Wayne, T.I, Luda, Anthony Hamilton and Jay Z. Not to forget Patrone and Mav, two of the coldest producers in tha streets... I WILL NOT LOSE!"
