I am an avid photographer and always have a camera with me. Some years ago I discovered colour and now I do not shoot so much black and white.I do a lot of concert photos and people in general- what is a photo pass?! I work at Lion King Germany and do local crew for touring bands also. I am regularly at concerts and for 6 months a year, of course, deaf! I am regularly getting bashed around the head with guitars, microphones and other stage equipment and getting more than my fair share of free beer and bourbon poured over me- because I get right up front to take my photos. Thankyou Amanda (Dresden Dolls) for the beer and for stroking my head. Thankyou Lord Bishop (Lord Bishop) for the big bump and black eye from your guitar. .. Thankyou Shane (Napalm Death) for the brain damage from your Bass. Thankyou Henry Rollins for sweating all over me. Thankyou Dead Moon for giving me the healthy food which you did not want to eat and for the beer and a great concert.You guys are rock and roll. Thankyou Mick Strummer for a great show, a tasty joint and the toilet seat with your footprint on it.(we will all miss you) Who the hell is MICK Strummer? I mean Joe Strummer of course- Mick was that other guy in the band. Thankyou Curt Cobain for a great show, (you were all so stoned!) and the smoke and the chat.(we will all miss you too) Thankyou Big John (Exploited, Blood Uncles,GBMMc) for so much entertainment, music and brain damage. Thankyou Seal for allowing me to take a Photo (shame my camera did not work- painfully embarrasing!)
