is a model group that caters to PHILADELPHIA'S Inner-City High School Students, ages 14 - 18 only.Our MISSION is to build self confidence, determination and more!. ANY Students can partcpate in our Mentoring Program, but because Jovonna is (1) person, everyone can not be chosen for the Modeling portion. Individuals who are "selected" to be a part of this unique Model (M-Mentor, O-Overcome, D-Discipline, E-Etiquette, L-Learn) experience will gain invaluable support from how to deal with life's circumstances to eatin-the-runway with professionalism, classiness and tact.[JO'NI MODELZ, INC. aka J.M.M.P. She currently attends the Art Institute of Philadelphia to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and Business management. Her most recent accomplishment is winning the title of Hype Hair Magazine's Miss Natural Beauty 2007 on November 25, 2007 in Iselin, NJ. She was featured in May 2008's issue of Hype Hair Magazine as the international winner of the "Natural Beauty Comp.". She can also be found modeling on any runway in the Tri-State area. She has a 4y year old daughter, Geniyah, whom is also her inspiration for JO'NI MODELZ, INC. She is down to earth, genuine, hardworking, FLY and always ready for what happens to come her way!Auditions for Cycle III will kick-off November 21 & 22, 2008 at Benjamin Franklin High School. Miss Townsend is very serious about what she does, but is more serious about TRANSFORMING YOUR LIFE FOR THE "BETTER"!Each show that JO'NI MODELZ, INC. produces is done in memory of her brother, Derrick A. Townsend who was gunned down on March 11, 2005. They are deemed "Stop The Violence...Increase The Peace" Event. Every event ends as peaceful as it begins! Rest In Peace, Big Brother...
