Basement Productions

About Me

Basement Productions had its birth in West Virginia as Onceaguru Records (check them out!!) and morphed into what it is now when one half of the founding team moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota, to finish up school. After being in "the big city" for only a short while he realized the opportunity that they had. If they combine the two worlds, and all the space in between, then they would have an entire community of artists and creativity at their disposal that could not be stopped. What you're left with is a label dedicated to artists being true to their visions; and making sure that what they record is exactly how they wanted it. We can get away with this because of the variety that we have with all of our different artists- we are but a conduit for them."All are welcome to come check us out but you have to be ready for anything. Our community extends all the way from those talented wayward bastards in West Virginia to our schwanky downtown metros in Minneapolis; reaching out to those crazy cliff jumping motherf*ckers in Montana and finally extending to our video-game-writing-but-somehow-can-flow brothers in Seattle. Like I said be ready for anything, you just might get swept up by it."- Kid Showbiz (the Minnesota half)
