About Me

Bio
Elliot Clarke was one of those kids at school that was listening to Autechre and Jeff Mills in his headphones, while you were getting grass stains on your trousers playing football in the schoolyard. One of those kids that listened to noise while you were still raiding your dad’s record collection. In 2007, Elliot Clarke’s not a kid anymore, drawing on his many influences and undeniable skills to push some left-of-centre sounds.
Eschewing vinyl for the CD from the very start, Elliot’s experience behind the CDJ’s and subsequently Ableton has allowed him to play the music he loves exactly as he wants it to be heard. Unable to make up his mind about whether his greater love is techno, minimal or left field house, you’re likely to hear tunes from all schools of thoughts.
Elliot is also co-founder of the Kana Corporation that has encompassed the underground Ok Kana parties with the concept based on leftfield locations with details of the venue being made aware to people only a couple of hours before it would take place via SMS. The more accessable Colours parties kicked off at Empire early 2008 featuring some of the biggest names in Brisbane's techno and progressive scene and continues to have a kicking vibe in the Moonbar regularly.
