MEDLEY JUKEBOX writing a new album!!!

Medleyjukebox was created by the musicians of a
band that used to be called Myein which split up in
summer 2004. In their two-years existence Myein
played over 40 gigs in different countries such as Luxembourg,
France, Belgium, Germany and Italy,
recorded several demos, opened for many
confirmed bands...

Unfortunately in 2004 the singer left the band for
personal reasons. They decided to continue instrumentally,
which gave them a new approach to songwriting and composing... They also decided to change their band-name, MedleyJukebox is born in early 2005.

Playing several concerts and festivals through luxembourg, they also recorded their debut album "TINKY WINKY WAS A PORNSTAR" distributed in Germany by "RadarMusic / FinestNoise" Independent Music Label. Always sticking to their guideline not to follow stereotypes and not to bore the crowd with the same structures over and over again, they recorded 1song of 57min, divided in 3acts of respectively 16min, 13min and 18min. The one track 57min shot was recorded live by, and mixed by the allmighty CHAREL STOLTZ. The reviews for this album gave them the energy and will to continue.

In early 2006 though they decided to record a second album, but still not to follow stereotypes, so TINKY WINKYs little brother should contain vocals again. Steve Birtz joins MedleyJukebox. They start working on the second full-length album "FRANCIS 4 COPPOLA". After the first perfect experience with friend and sound-engineer CHAREL STOLTZ, they decide to work with him again. They record 12 songs live in studio, from which 10 will later appear on the album. The mastering is done by Keule at BlueMASTERbox in Cologne. After 6months of recording, mixing and mastering, the album appears in Germany in November 2007 distributed by RadarMusic & Finestnoise still.

The album release in Luxembourg is at FOOD FOR YOUR SENSES festival on MAY 11th 2008 in TENTEN
