Ted Lamont

Besides being Lead Frontman for Detroit's own Blasternaut, Ted Lamont also sidelines as a professional Acoustic Entertainer. For over ten years now, he has played everywhere from college and university events, to private parties, weddings, stag and does, and even funerals. Primarily he maintains resident house gigs within popular club/restaurant venues all across Metro Detroit and Windsor drawing weekly crowds up to 400 people. Besides having his own original music, Ted can adapt to any musical setting with over 800 cover songs in his repertoire. Ted has tackled everything from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Doors, Led Zeppelin, CCR, Cure, Violent Femmes, Weezer, Incubus, Pearl Jam, Neil Young, Jimmy Buffet, Neil Diamond, Steve Miler to Metallica. He also play many newer artist such as John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper etc. Basically he does everything and everybody.
