Poemstar is the bastard love child of Mendonesian Siamese twins.T'lula Jai is the stage performer of all things theatre, while Bella DeBoer is master crafter and large dog trainer.Considering that they were already joined at the hip, it seemed natural, (if you will), that they combine multiple *skills* to create fabulousness in an otherwise sleepy mountain hick town.Using found objects, song lyrics, string, hot glue, dried rose petals and robin egg shells, foreign coins, beads, bits of bone and semi-precious stone, love and hate and all thats in between, soft first kisses, spark plugs, bits of rusted metal and broken glass, silk flowers, french barrettes, french kisses and french toast (only if it's spelt), lamb shanks and laah-vahs, baby and buddy Jeebus, hot couture, icy dirty martinis, sweltering summer days sweating six-armed over the silkscreen, dancing and dancing and dancing, and not to mention sewing on numerous sewing machines, the twins fabricate *sewetry* in motion.Photos of our delicious bits (not our bum!!!) coming soon!
