Coming from a background of playing in rock and heavy metal bands since the age of 12, in 1998 DJ Fred started producing experimental electronic music in the Brazilian house/techno scene. Since then, tuning his sound more to the psychedelic style he has been DJ¹ing full-on trance and downtempo in some of Brazils biggest festivals including: Trancendence, Universo Paralello, Tribe (Solaris), Earth Dance, Cachoeira Alta, Soma and many more.Touring constantly since 2006 in England, Holland, Hungary, Austria, France, Spain, United States, Chile, Argentina and of course all over Brazil, Patchbay has been blowing people away where ever he takes his music !Having released on such labels as Planet Ben (Germany), Yellow Sunshine Explosion (U.K./Japan), Vagalume Records (Brazil), Boundless Music (Israel), GeomagneticTV/Morning Star (U.S.A.), Materia Records(Spain) and Mandala Records (France), Baba Records (Austria), Antu Records (Chile) Fred has also joined Reality Engine Audio Visual label based in New York(U.S.), and is a part of Boundless Music in Israel.
