About Me

My name is Buckingham U. Badger, but you can call me Bucky. I have been the mascot for the University of Wisconsin since 1940. I do not like wolverines or buckeyes. I enjoy feasting on golden gophers and pounding boilermakers. I also like to brawl with nittany lions and hawkeyes. I think the spartans are weak. And I think the illini and hoosiers are dumb mascots that should be demoted to NCAA D-2...

My Interests

Football, basketball, and all other sports associated with the University of Wisconsin. I also enjoy digging and hunting buckeyes. And crowd surfing is always fun!

Music:

My favorite songs are "On, Wisconsin" and "Varsity." I also enjoy that badger, badger, badger song on the internet.JUMP AROUND!!!

Movies:

I enjoy Chris Farley movies. I also enjoy that comedy movie that portrayed an Ohio State running back go from bowl game hero to being kicked off the team the following season following many turbulations and then getting a shot to join an NFL team only to blow it and eventually getting arrested. Oh, wait...that actually happened.

Television:

I enjoy watching all of the University of Wisconsin sporting events on TV. I usually have to watch them on tape because I am always at all of the games.

Books:

I enjoy all college textbooks. Stay in school kids. Also, "Always A Badger: The Pat Richter Story.".

Heroes:

Barry Alvarez. For taking the Wisconsin football team from the 'dark ages' in the 80s and transforming it into the powerhouse of a team we know today.
