Founded in Helsinki in the fall of 2001, when everything just seemed to be there: "When we're together the feeling is really good. Sometimes we find ourselves sitting and talking in our practising place for couple of hours, before someone remembers: Hey, should we play something?, and then we just take our instruments and continue by playing from where we ended the conversation."It's hard to cathegorize the music of Sunnyday Excuse. All members have way different musical backgrounds, which makes them sound as they do. Impulse. The groove that makes the move. "We want to make music that makes us feel good, and by that mean also to make the people who are listening to us feel the same way.
