About Me

I was born in Roslin Ontario, to my biological mother Golden Coral Maczine. I had six brothers and one of two golden Labradors. The rest of my brothers were black. My current family adopted me in late June, as a birthday present. I have lived my entire 11 years with my adopted family and I love them immensely. I have a huge backyard to run in and a large ravine right outside my yard. I’m not skilled in writing on the computer, since my paws lack dexterity. My mommy is writing for me.My mommy named me Simba, during the Lion King craze. Thus, I was stuck with a cat's name. My second name should have been more impressive, instead it is Misiu, (in Polish) which means teddybear. Darn my luck. On the upside, my parents love me very much. I am very spoiled and love to ignore basic commands. My favourite place is in the kitchen, where I keep a close watch on my mommy while she cooks. Sometimes she drops food, which I quickly clean with my tongue. I have a new neighbour, who is just a rowdy pup. However, I learned to get along with him. I have to share the ravine with him and I am a bit disappointed that my boundary shrunk.I love my sister Martha, who I treat with love and affection. Sometimes she gets on my nerves, but other times I accept her. She is a great dog (actually she's a cat, but Simba thinks she's a dog).

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet that Schnauzer, who lives on the route that I take my walks. I would love to have a fight with him. Unfortunately, my parents don't allow me near that ugly mutt of a dog.I'd like to meet the baker at the neighbouring pizza store, and tell him how much I enjoy his cooking.I hate the dishwasher, which competes with me for table scraps. I believe I could do a much better job in washing the dishes then that noisy machine.

The Greatest Thanksgiving

My parents took me to visit their friend who lives close to Algonquin Park.  The place we went to was pretty wild.   There was a small river close by and I was allowed to romp and play ...

The Meeting with the Schnauzer

My Big Day

My birthday was last week and it passed uneventfully.  On my birthday my younger mommy went to the beaches to go to the bank.  She walked the way there without me.  However, she didn't ...

My walk to the lake

I just got back from my walk.  Daddy took me down to the beach.  I had a lovely swim, even though it still is a bit too cold.  I won't let that bug me.  I got to run around without...

My Cruel Day

Today I am a bit upset, my mommies spent the day making the things that I absolutely adore.  For those of you who couldn't guess.  They made the most delicious, mouth watering bread.  T...

My Walk

Today I went for a walk with my daddy. I pulled him as I always do.  I met my doggy pals on that walk.  Pulling my daddy towards them.  Luckly, I didn't meet my arch enemy, bu...
