Music came early in Patrick’s life. As a child he was exposed to Elvis and James Brown through his older brother and sisters. By the time he was in his early teens, he took up the guitar inspired by the music of Motörhead. He’s never looked back since.
Patrick has delighted many bands over the years with his delicate, full throttle guitar playing but closest to his heart is Pintsize, his very own one-man blues machine. Patrick writes and plays all the music himself. A good song, he once said, was all about the guitar solo. Sometimes, as titles like ‘Wailing Flying V’, ‘Messing Around’, ‘Rolling’ or ‘Speed Freak’ suggest, a song isn’t even needed to indulge a bit.
His vast knowledge of guitars has taken him around the world. He once met another master of guitar tones in a shop in Houston, Mr. Billy F Gibbons. Together they extensively talked about beards. Like Billy, Patrick is a man of many layers. As well as being a gifted musician and a collector of vintage guitars he also knows a fair bit about luxury watches.
