reading, chasing my bad, bad kittens, watching movies, avoiding housework, singing loudly in the car... i also meow opera songs to my cats. i've got my husband doing it too. they love it. sean complains that i read on the can too much. i've gotta be careful so i don't start getting 'roids from reading too much...
Anne Boleyn, Elizabeth Tudor, Catherine the Great, my great-grandparents.
i love opera and classical, but i listen to much more than that. i'll listen to anything except country and rap. i'd rather listen to ranchero music w/ a really bad accordian player. (i do love Mariachi bands- i wanted one at the wedding reception, but sean wouldn't allow it. he said we had to serve mexican food then, but everyone else agrees w/me that it would have been fine...) i love fiona apple, the beatles, lucious jackson, harry connick jr, kathleen battle, jon hendricks, etc and i listen to a lot of obscure movie soundtracks like amelie, a mighty wind, hedwig and the angry inch, impostors, frida, etc etc
i'm a huge fan of obscure movies. movies that most people wouldn't like. i love christopher guest and eugene levy movies, stanley tucci and oliver platt movies, and lots of independent films and foreign films. i also friggin love jay and silent bob.
shows that i make sure to stay home to watch: house md, and family guy. i like simpsons and american dad also. bones is on my new favorites list. my name is earl, prison break. scrubs is funny too, but it's on at the same time as house, and house wins. the history channel is good too. i'm starting to get really addicted to the food channel. i hate rachel ray, b/c she's so obnoxious, but i love giada de laurentis and paula deen.
i absolutely LOVE history books. mostly english history, but some american and some egyptian. also stephen king, garrison keillor, john grishom, amy tan, nancy mckenzie.
my grandparents- all 4 of them (unfortunatly, i only still have 2 with me today...)
