Myspace Layouts2005 was a year that for the third time another
punk band was fronted by a female vocalist. The original line-up consisted of Geneva on vox, Denis- guitar & vox, tutu- drums and Owen- bass & vox.
We assume that this was the third local punk band in Malta to be fronted by a female vocalist. During 2005 we performed some gigs and soon gathered a siutable following. Soon we started work on our first demo cd, but this had to stop due to the departure of frontgirl, Geneva.
The band decided to move to a more melodic sound and second guitarist, Ray (il-Bahri) joined in.
Since then, all band members improved quite a bit... and there's a great bond of friendship between us all. More gigs followed and again we're working on a new demo which can give a clear picture of what is our style and aims. More news from time to time, for you

PUBLIK WASTE is an apolitical band (not political). Neither red nor racist as some people thought.
