Road Trip is a six piece rock and roll band based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.We moderate a group for Wisconsin Bands here: groups.myspace.com/wisconsinbandsRoad Trip was formed in 1990 and has since played throughout the Midwest, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Michigan. Road Trip plays over 100 shows per year. The band has played in clubs, taverns, weddings and private parties, as well as many major festivals including Summerfest in Milwaukee and Rockfest in Caddott opening for several national acts such as: Sheryl Crow, ZZ Top, Collective Soul, REO Speedwagon, Ted Nugent, Molly Hatchet, Fleetwood Mac, Foreigner, Reel Big Fish, Caroline's Spine, Stir and Jesse James Dupree.Road Trip is famous for playing other people's music. The band's live shows are certainly geared towards cover material, but the band has also released 5 CDs of original material. The last three discs (all original) - the 2006 Murry Tracks, 2001 release Please Disturb and 1999's Cowboys and Maniacs - can be purchased at our CD Baby page here: cdbaby.com/roadtripband .
