Chess

I am a mama of two, married to the greatest man I know. He's my soulmate, and there's nobody else I ever want to be with. We have two kids: a daughter, ten, who's a great student and soon to be a great skateboarder; and a son, almost two, who has more energy than a nuclear power plant. Everybody always said boys and girls were different, but I never understood just how much until we had one of each! We also have a dear, grouchy old lady cat named Trixie, and beloved memories of Alice, whom we lost a year ago. I am working as an in-home care worker for a wonderful elderly woman, which is so much more fulfilling and occupation than I had expected it to be. We are all kind of at a crossroads in our lives right now, and figuring out where we want to be. We currently live somewhere in Northern California, but maybe this isn't where we are meant to be...we will find out, and I will keep you updated!
