This group's versatility and broad repertoire of contemporary dance hits and classic oldies have made it one of the most in-demand acts in Southern California since 1988. Midwest Coast works locally a minimum 16 weeks a year at the Foxfire in Anaheim Hills and at the Doubletree Hotel (Misty's) in Ontario at least eight weeks a year. The high standard of professionalism of Midwest Coast is second to none with non-stop pacing between numbers and punctual discipline. Midwest Coast will not disappoint in keeping the dance floor stomping.The players are Myron "Skip" Kubel...Eddie Dominguez...Jon Poli...and Mike Lynn.Myron is the originating member of Midwest Coast. Highly proficient in keyboards and vocals. He can also add the dimension of horns to the band with his trumpet and clever brass accompaniments.. .Myron is the on stage "spark plug" and keeps the level of entertainment at a high-fever pitch.Eddie, a bass-playing veteran of Southern California, adds his buttery-smooth bottom-end to the band. He has been a member of Midwest Coast since 1989. A rock-solid bassist with an encyclopedic recall of seemingly every song ever written, Eddie has performed with such acts at Tierra, The Drifters, and Bo Diddly.Jon Poli, drums and percussion. Brought up on rock, pop, R&B, and country, and educated in Classical, Jazz, and Afro-based music, Jon brings a wealth of musical knowledge and understanding to the bandstand. Drumming with Midwest Coast since 2003 has afforded him the opportunity to apply much of his diverse background. When not performing with Midwest Coast, Jon can be found performing original music in the clubs of Hollywood, or in the studio recording, writing, arranging, and producing with a large spectrum of musical artists. Jon proudly endorses Mayer Bros. Drums.Mike Lynn's rock-influenced guitar style and blazing solo work have made him a hot property for live performance dates in his native Southern California since the midseventies. Mike also came on-board with Midwest Coast back in 1989. Mike also proudly endorses Tom Anderson Guitarworks.
