Well heres some insight into my life,Some might say I live a charmed life, i would disagree I live a blessed life. I worked very hard for all that I have achieved in my short lived life, and I appreciate every day that I have the pleasure of living.hehehe we all want to have riches and popularity but inner happiness is most important to this Irish lad.I can finally say I am very comfortable in my own skin...27 years later!!!!!! I always some how felt like I never quite fitted in no matter where I was.HOWEVER now I am at my happiest chilling/eating/laughing/shopping for furniture(always better shopping when it's not your card your using...... I wish!!!!! ) with my better half(G) and continuing to concentrate on building my career here in NYC.
I happen to work with some really talented and creative people , Strangely enough though I am not intimidated or threaten by any of them.....weird I know but I just learn soooo much from all around me that I don't have time to think of how they feel about me it's called business and I am here to stay..My mother always said "you can not control what someone feels about you it's they're emotion...But you can control how you let it effect you and your life..."Plus the day they stop talking about you is the day you need to change your methods!!!!!! This is my take on NYC.
I have been fortunate to have met some truly inspiring and honest genuine people but also with the good comes...the bad and the ugly....( they know who they are.)I think or I like to let myself believe I figured out the new york city subway.....well I say I figured it out If the yellow and red lines are the whole transit system....then I am doing good. Not bad for someone who is here in New York 6 months. lolSo enough!
