About Me

I'm a small local community in the north woods of minnesota, fiercely independent yet courteous and respectful of my neighbors in all directions. Some of my neighbors include Squaw lake, Spring Lake, Inger, Dora Lake and Alvwood. Though not currently functioning (I'm really just napping and regrouping my thoughts), I once served as a gas station, general store, wild rice mill, lumber mill, post office and telephone switchboard location, not to mention all-around friendly meeting place. my pine trees tower high and my waters are clean. animals love me, and i do see a lot of traffic when hunters and fisherman come around the area. I am quiet and reserved, but with a wealth of history and wisdom, and maybe even a couple secrets.

so i finally got max on myspace! don't worry if it looks a little sparse right now... i will be working on that. pics, videos, and that kind of thing are soon to come. and welcome to the northwoods!
