Born and raised in Alabama during the height of the civil rights movement (1954-1968). Moved to Michigan after high school, attended the University of Michigan and graduated with an A.B. in sociology and University of Detroit Mercy with a Juris Doctor degree. Currently Professor of Criminal Law.
Hobbies includes, reading, listening to music, web surfing, wakling, travel, playing the saxophone, not cooking.
