About Me

Producer, engineer, mixer and writer Paul Moak resides in Music City, USA...Otherwise known as Nashville, TN.It is in this city that Paul has produced, engineered, performed and written songs on numerous gold and platinum records, as well as having tracks featured on hit TV shows Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill, Dawson's Creek, and Friday Night Lights. Additionally, his works have appeared in several major motion pictures.Among a very impressive roster of artists, Paul's credits include Mat Kearney, Martha Wainwright, Toby Mac, Hilary Duff, Leeland, Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, and many others. He cut his chops on the road, spending years touring and recording in studios as an in-demand session player. Paul quickly evolved from the musician being recorded to the producer/engineer.Moving to Nashville in 1998, Paul eventually settled into his private studio, 'The Smoakstack'. Filled with 1800 square feet of vintage instruments and recording equipment (including over thirty guitars, century old pianos and organs, tube microphones, and a 2" tape machine just to name a few pieces), The Smoakstack lets Paul transition his love of old-school recordings, vintage gear, and techniques into the creation of new records. His passion is to make a comfortable, creative environment where artists can relax and capture a vibe onto their albums.please check out www.barnesandnoble.com and www.allmusic.com for the latest credit info *PLEASE VISIT WWW.HOSEBMANAGEMENT.COM FOR MORE INFO*Header Banner Made with MyBannerMaker.com!
