Mark Daniel

Mark Daniel was born and raised in Southern California, and discovered his passion for music at a very early age. His father was a blues singer/nightclub owner, while his mother was a dancer, best known as the first Asian dancer on Soul Train. At 3 years old, Mark Daniel discovered his voice and his love for music…he hasn’t looked back since.

He has studied with some of the top vocal coaches in the industry including Marta Woodhull (Brian Mcknight) and Jan Smith (Usher, Rob Thomas, India Arie, Ciara, etc.). His influences include Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Brian Mcknight, J Moss, Smokie Norful, Joe, Musiq Soulchild, etc. In 2005 Mark Daniel moved to Atlanta, GA where he met and became friends with Grammy Award winning Producer Dallas Austin. Soon thereafter, markdaniel began writing and recording at the world famous DARP Studios in Atlanta.
Mark Daniel spends each day perfecting his craft as a singer/songwriter/producer, and developing himself as an artist from his recording studio in Southern California. He continues to strive for excellence and share his love for music with the world.
