About Me

Well, this is a bio... So let's see, I've been writing songs for a long time, playing most of the instruments myself when I record. I started out on drums when I was about 9 or so. Then my parents started me on piano lessons, then guitar. I guess the banging and blaring from the basement became a little too much because they made me choose between guitar or drums. I chose the guitar and it's been my main instrument ever since.

Throughout the 90's I performed in a duo with longtime bandmate John Frawley. We played at many north Jersey bars and pubs. Together we arranged the song Far Away which appeared on a CD compilation of local north Jersey bands called "Local Color." You can hear a remastered version of that song on my CD "No More Waiting."

During that time, and since then, I've been writing and recording music in various forms of home studio. My latest studio is the best I've had. Plenty of room, quiet. I've gathered more gear too, and now I record digitally. In 2006 I picked up a nice little vintage Slingerland drum kit, and I will be using them for the next CD, which I am still arranging music for.

I've also been working on some instrumental pieces that I plan on compiling and releasing at some point. Stay tuned.
