Marco Heggen is working as a composer and producer for several artists and projects.
Since 5 years he is also taking part in a songwriting team with his partners Christian Fleps, Sascha Pierro and Dominik Decker.
This team has been written successful commercials and corporate songs for well-known national and international brands like ROBINSON or VW, further for big TV titles like SAT1/Schmetterlinge im Bauch.In 2006 Heggen, Decker, Fleps und Pierro was founding their own band ..Marquess...
The 1st single ..El temperamento.. was growing as a international top 10 hit and the 2nd single ..vayamos compañeros..became the european summerhit 2007. The album ..frenetica..has also been gold already in several countries.Marquess is actually one of the most successful bands from germany and got the nomination for the echo 2008 ..best group... Heggen, Decker, Fleps and Pierro are artists, composers, producers and management in personal. untill now they released 2 Top 10 Albums and 4 TOP 20 singles in almost 11 countries.
