Influences: Influences? Definitely the acid house scene - I LOVE the sound of the 303, 808 & 909. People like DJ Pierre, Hardfloor and Josh Wink I love - you just can't beat a good 303 line. Elsewhere DJ Shadow, DJ Food, Mr Scruff etc. I'm really into Hip-Hop - most styles - Instrumental, Old Skool and even a nice bit of gangsta!I like my techno hard - folk like Adam Beyer and other European artists have a great sound and I'm a big fan of Drumcode Records. Also Richie Hawtin, Derrick May, Derrick Carter, Jeff Mills all rock in my book
Sounds Like: However it comes out!! I use Reason & Rebirth and sometimes Fruityloops, and depending on what my mood is, I'll have a stab at hip-hop, house or techno. I do like my snares crispy on the hip-hop though!
