Hi my name's actually Mark but I put this profile up here more for all you people then I did for myself. Listen to these words..."Then they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands, saying Prohesy unto us, thou Christ, who is he that smote thee? ... Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified. When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children. Then released he Barabas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, delivered him to be crucified...." They preceded to beat Him and then crucify Him on the cross, where He took all the sins of the world upon Himself, the perfect Son of God, and He then died. Three days later though he rose again from the grave, defying death and Satan's power. He took all our sins away, can you imagine? Every time you've cursed, hated, sworn, stolen, betrayed, lied, gossiped, or even murdered. Every single one of those sins has the power to be forgiven though, just because of His sacrifice. And do you know how it can be forgiven? By declaring that He has reign over your life and your soul and that you have faith that he can forgive your sins, and then you do the hard part you repent of those sins. That means you confess to doing them and strive to the best of your ability to keep from doing them. If you have any questions about all this ask me... please do.
