About Me

Right now I feel like I mostly run around like a chicken with my head cut off. Most of you know how life with children goes. It is so NOT dull. I just need to stop and breathe in deep more often! I am always trying to figure out how to streamline or simplify life. We do not need stuff as much as we need each other and we need to make or take time to enjoy each other. One fun thing that I am trying to fit in is playing the drums with a neighbor who has written original stuff...He wants us to go perform at a local open mike. With kids, school and now work it is quite tricky to fit even a practice in, but it is so fun and I still dream of life as a famous rock star! LOL!Favorite activities in life...traveling, playing the drums, and being active outdoors (swimming, hiking, kayaking, skiing, surfing and gardening). I am a student of massage therapy. Human anatomy is fascinating and the mind body connection as it relates to wellness is amazing. I am also training to be a sushi chef. Chop, chop, chop! Life is much too busy and pretty challenging right now. Dreaming of the Pacific and lazy days. I can not keep up this crazy pace fo'eva!!! 7 Steps To Stomp Out Breast Cancer
