Rachel Ritfeld's biog:
Rachel Ritfeld is a name that has become synonymous with international fashion campaigns and catwalk shows.
With over 8 years experience in the modeling world and an increasingly visible profile in hit TV shows like MTV's Hip-Hop Candy and numerous music videos, Rachel is now establishing herself as an accomplished actress in the film industry. Currently starring in a lead role in a romantic comedy, entitled 'Find her, keep her'. Also voted one of the hottest women in the world by Fashion TV to ever wear a bikini, she was then worshiped in the much talked about Lynx Effect commercials.
Multi- millionaire entrepreneur Damon Dash chose Rachel as the face of Tiret watches in the UK and superstar R&B group Jagged Edge used her image for the multi-selling album 'Ghetto Guitar'. Rachel is a regular face at the likes of L'Oreal, Firetrap, Ted Baker, Julia Clancey, Babyphat and Rocawear catwalk fashion shows. Not content with being in music video's and gracing the pages of the glossy fashion magazines, she was sought out to present BBC radio 1xtra's super sexy XXXtra show, and is also a hair model for L'Oreal, Goldwell and Tony & Guy.
Raised by a compassionate mother, who worked as a diplomat in Brussels, Rachel developed a strong working ethic and a crystal clear focus from a young age. Her ambitious nature and creativity has resulted in her expanding her entrepreneurial horizons, developing and designing her merchandise range, working in the music industry and producing documentaries. Her multicultural heritage: Indian, Lebanese, Dutch and Ghanaian, has propelled her onto the cover of numerous publications due to her diverse appeal. Her impressive fluency in over 6 languages and degree in Social Anthropology has secured her status as an enterprising, smart and successful businesswoman.
Her compassion and empathy towards the social inequalities that are rife in developing countries is the driving force behind her humanitarian efforts in her native country, Suriname. Rachel was recently appointed as Good Will
Ambassador of Suriname in the UK and will be launching a sensational calendar in November, with all proceeds going directly to her own charity project for underprivileged children.
