Our name is BOB (which stands for Brothers of Beer). We love Beer, appreciate Friendship, and by combining those two values we try to join people that think like us, to create something that will be as a religion, as a home and as a brotherhood for all those who wish to take part in a society that lives on the values such as True Friendship, Sharing and Supporting; People, who want to live in a world without Hypocrisy, Snobism, Stupidity, Stigmas, and Prejudice. We all are outsiders that prefer alternative lifestyles; We do not belong to any stream, while with it - we belong to all the streams altogether. We decided to create something that will unite everyone, and will be different from all that which we have known before today. Something, that will be based oh Humour, Joy, and Brotherhood. Something - like once was. Today, in the age of technology, when even social contact is made through computers, we think that The Brotherhood is a must thing, in order to preserve the values that fade, as years pass.We were born on May the 9th, 2004 (Lag Ba'Omer holiday). Four friends met to drink some beer, a usual thing. Today, nobody can even remember who was the one uttered the words "Beer Cult", but we all know it happened. We were sitting in our first temple in Rehovoth. An amusing idea has grown and evolved to something that we never dared to dream about in the beginning, in our most optimistic dreams. Today (December the 3rd, 2004) we are close to 50 Brotherhood members, and more than 20 constant guests on each of our events. Officially we declared ourselves as a Brotherhood at June the 4th, 2004. Then, we swore allegiance to the Brotherhood - the first brothers. Today, we have many representatives in many cities in our country, and even abroad. The must-requirement to be accepted to the Brotherhood is a faith and a maximum contribution to the idea, the Brotherhood, and its members.
