First, allow me say I am true blue couch potato. I LOVE reality TV, Big Brother, Survivor, American Idol, The Apprentice, etc. If its reality based I'm sure I'm watching it or have watched it!! I actually have to find ways to watch shows that conflict with others I want to watch... two words.... TIME SHIFTING!!! I watch shows that aren't reality based as well, Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, House, but I do have one obsession on prime time TV and I've chosen to dedicate this spot (for the most part) to that show..... I'm a loser, it's ok, I know it... yet you love me anyway... what's that say about you??Be sure to turn off any music playing before clicking on the play buttons below!

Frederick Banting inventor of Insulin, truly the greatest Canadian ever! I find it funny that we can go through our whole lives never knowing how things came to be, until something happens in our lives that prompts us to learn about it. I have a diabetic son, and without Sir Frederick Banting and his invention, my son would not be alive today, thus making this man my hero.
