At age ten I became the lead singer in a professional band and, later on, was very successful in my home country, Switzerland, with my own youth band “Mighty Sharpâ€, founded when I was 13 years old. With my band I won one of the biggest European music contests, "Talent Explosion", which was organized and transmitted on TV by the German television station Sat 1. My group was also selected as Zuerich's best band by the popular Swiss Radio 24. We managed to sell out Switzerland's most renowned music clubs.
As a solo singer I became known under the labels Yes Music/EMI. My self-penned R&B ballad "5000 Miles Away" entered the official Swiss Charts, and, for months to come, remained among the most played songs on Swiss radios. My debut album "Twelve" entered the official Swiss charts as well and more chart successes were to follow.
I toured as Special Guest of *N Sync (Justin Timberlake), sang as an opening act for the soul legend Chaka Khan and performed together with Popa Chubby and Aynsley Lister. I also toured three times as Special Guest of Switzerland's superstar DJ Bobo.
