Welcome to the Spitfires myspace! Featuring 'Krazy Keith' (AKA Lucas) strumming his 'G' strings, Richard (also of the 'Lucas & the Dynamos' fame) making a racket on the tom-toms and a young slapper called Alan on doghouse bass! This lively trio from Coventry are a wild bunch of looney toons that never fail to please a crowd where ever they go!
The story begins:
After Keith met Alan at a local boozer, the two decided to have a jam one sunday afternoon in Alan's dad's garage! Keith dug out his guitar from his shed, blew the cobwebs away, and the two finally got some tunes together!
After browsing the yellow pages for a good hour looking for someone to play the pots and pans, Keith having one of his 'brighter days' jumped on his Bonnie' and headed over to see his old mate Richard! At this time Richard was busy getting down and greasy, trying to fix one of his rusty old BSA's! After a quick brew and a smoke, Rich agreed to join the band and took his rightful place on drumming duties, and so the Spitfires were formed in the summer of 2004!
