The Bridges are a now defunct band from Nottingham who met in 2002 and disbanded in 2005.
Bringing together ideas from different musical backgrounds, the band had a unique sound that was always difficult to pin down from one song to the next. Despite this, nearly all their gigs managed to put across a cohesive feeling of new ideas and familiarity to those listening.
