..... Here is my life in a large nutshell: I have 4 strong, good-natured, handsome, grown boys (young men). Who are now making new lives for themselves. 2 Loving, wonderful, giant dogs (had 3-one recently left this world) and 3 brothers, one sister (younger and older). I have had the privilage of helping to raise a few others that have come in and out of our house over the years. Some have stayed close, others have drifted in/out or on, hopefully to something better......................................................
.... As a spec. ed. teacher who is looking forward to retirement (but not leaving the kids), I am hoping, this will be only a stepping stone to doing so much much more with my life........................................................

.....Within the past few years, I started a new company-"SOUND REFLECTIONS"-BOOKING/MANAGING MUSICAL TALENT. This is has been fascinating, enjoyable and frustrating at times. But the outcome is always, so worth it! And the people are quite unique and talented. Such a great way to start the next phase of life!

.....To keep the music running through and around my life we have started putting on House Concerts "BETSY'S BACK YARD", so it has been dubbed. (although, this is kept seperate from my business-we also arrange for backyard and living room parties for you if you want to enjoy some fun also).
....................What a pleasure it has been to have others enjoy with me, the many diverse sides of music, whether it be accoustic or electric, from roots to fusion and with a multitude of talented artists. Thank you to all of those artists who have played and to those who are still yet to come. What a beautiful thing you have given us .....................................................
