Hmmmm.... What can I say about myself? As you can tell from my page, food is my life, I watch movies about food, I worship at the alters of Anthony Bourdain, Robert Irvine, and Gordon Ramsey. I read aoubt food, I study food, and yes, I prepare food, both professionally and for my family. On the professional front, I am currently emplyed by the Virginia Military Institute as a Sous Chef. I am attending classes to obtain my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and Management, and hope to soon become certified as a Sous Chef. Besides food, the other thing that I live for is my family. I have been married to the same wonderful man, my best friend in the world for eleven years. We have a beautiful, intelligent and outspoken seven year old, named Jasmine. This little flower is the light of my life and can turn any bad day into something good.
