Jay was raised in the music knowledgeable city of Miami, FL. At the age of 13 he decided to become a mobile DJ and began doing house parties and different events and he began to get recognized locally, by the age of 18 promoters from the area would hire Jay to do his DJ thing at different venues throughout the city. By 1997 Miami was beginning to evolve into the European electronic scene and adapted as his own. Influenced by the djying styles of afterhoure King in Miami and the likes of David Padilla, Jay quickly took those styles and made them his own. Miami soon became the home of electronic music in the states and Jay decided that he wanted to get into electronic dance music. He attented Full Sail Real World Education in Winter Park, FL were he received degerees in Recording Engineering and Entertainment Bussiness. There he received the knowledge necessary for the softwares and tools that produce hits in the club music scene. Today he is a DJ, Producer, and engineree signed to Behold Recordings Record Label. He credits Carl Cox and Armando Suarez and his influences as an engineer in producing progressive, Tech House, and house that you can all hear at dance clubs all over the world.
