I think I'll stick with what I believe, and leave the rest to you. I believe the people around you are your most precious resource, and should be treated accordingly. I believe love, trust, respect, and faith are the four things that hold us all together, and I don't care what names they are given, as long as they are there. I believe that people are stronger than their present circumstance, so I'll never hold that against them. I believe you reveal your own character and integrity to me when you describe someone else's. I believe life can be cruel, and cruel people just make it harder on everyone. I believe in treating people with dignity and respect, but unqualified trust is for fools and children. I cultivate two kinds of friendships. One comes from recognizing people who believe these same things. These become close friends. The other kind remain at a certain distance, and are just fun to hang out with. The first number is too small, the second number is too big. ..
