The band started up on 1999 with the Current LINEUP
MATBOON , NEWRAIL - VOX , BOJAK - BASS , KMACK - DRUM ,
RIZAL , AIE - GUITARS.
Since the beginning , the intention of the Band is be playing OLD NEW SCHOOL HARDCORE inspired by band like
STUNGFEST , STRIFE , EARTH CRISIS and many more .
The first song the band recorded were "BREAKING APART" and "BROKEN TRUTH" . These songs are part of the ONE VOICE COMPILATION 2 with all this lineup the band played a lot of shows in its hometown and also some gigs in melaka , n9 .
But in mid 2001 happened some changes , AIE , KMACK and MATBOON leave the band and started play with NEW lineup ( NEWRAIL - VOX , BOJAK - BASS , RIZAL , AYANG - GUITAR and AH LUL - DRUM ) .
Also the new songs sounded different from the old one . Surely more powerful and Direct .
With this lineup , SYAHID went again play in JB and other places and the middle 2003 the band decide to stop the all activities because some of this guys have a commitment to do and the last gigs the band played at JUBLI INTAN HALL " THE CAUSEWAY BATTLE " gigs with many great band. IN 2007 a few guys in SYAHID want to reform the band again . In fact AYU from SHERENA
joined the band as guitarist , so SYAHID is back on track and lot more metal sound in vein of HATEBREED , BLEEDING THROUGH , UNDYING
