About Me

I'm presently getting ready to hit the road for a nationwide tour with the U.S. Bombs playing guitar. The band, in my opinion, is the best it's been in several years. We're on top of our game. The local L.A. area shows have been some of the best I've ever played with the band. We're also going out in a "grass roots" support of Ron Paul, the only candidate I've ever voted FOR(opposed to voting against the greater of two evils) in my life. Hope to see some of you folks out there!(Jan 18th- Feb 23rd) for tour dates & other info visit theusbombs.comAlso, I'm very excited about the long awaited live debut of "The Relationship" (Jan 23rd @ the 3 of Clubs-located in Hollywood) my co-writing, rock 'n' roll band, featuring Brian Bell of Weezer, among several other "long horn" Los Angeles players. Some of the most challenging and well crafted material I've ever performed.I'm a songwriter, performer, producer. I've been playing music and performing since I was 14yrs old. I'm presently playing with Die Hunns, The Relationship, The U.S. Bombs and The Syd Brown Band. I'm also involved with The Lizzies which is primarily a recording project, as well as The Pharmacist's son- my solo project, that I'm actively negotiating the release of an LP for.Other projects/bands I've played with incude: The Skulls, Dodge Dart, The Discontent, The Women, The Goods, The Measles, Electric Cool-Aide and a myriad others that no one's ever heard of, or never recorded anything.I also write for commercial purposes, as well as produce. I work in the film industry with the art Dept, I'm a home owner and a dog owner and I live in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles.

My Interests

Music, literature, art and film. I'm a full on dog lover, and I enjoy traveling, and my work allows me the opportunity to travel often.

I'd like to meet:

Joan Jett

Music:

I love and work with so much music that it's impossible for me to really fill in this blank. Let's just say: "I love Rock n Roll"

Movies:

My favorite movie of all time is "The Wild Bunch". Others would be Sling Blade, Jaws, The Omen, Roman Polanski, Stanley Kubrick. I watch a lot of independent and foreign films.Recently got turned on to Zeitgeist and some of the Alex Jones documentaries (Endgame, Terrorstorm, etc.). Mind blowing.

Television:

I don't get a lot of time to watch TV, but with the advent of TIVO, I'm able to watch the programs I like. South Park, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report. I love the BBC version of The Office, and that other program he has Extras. Otherwise I guess I'd probably see what's on "The Hitler Channel"

Books:

I can't help it, I mostly stick to the college Lit. List: the Russians, Hemmingway, Camus, Kafka, Dante, Sallinger. I like Raymond Carver some of the Beat Writers. I don't read a lot of contemporary stuff, although I'm trying to change that. I love David Sedaris.

Heroes:

"No more heroes anymore"- The Stranglers
