About Me

............................................................ .....................................
The original songs (Friend, Release) are from a project entitled Whatnot, which was a duo between Alana and Steve Bolick; the duo split in mid 2005 for personal reasons and Alana went off searching for new musical ventures a few months afterward. The cover songs on this site are from the most recent collaboration between Len Damico and Alana Howard, which started in Febuary of 2007. They have since seperated to pursue more personally appropriate projects to fit their lifestyles, although Alana is still grateful for the time spent working with Len, and the freedom to still use these recordings as a launch for something new. Alana is currently writing and searching for fellow songwriters/players and this page will be adjusted accordingly once projectalana has become projectsomethingelsealtogether. Stay tuned for developments, and any interested musicians out there, drop a line. ............................................................ .....................................DISCLAIMER: Any covers of songs on this site are strictly for promotional use only.
