About Me

I am fun. I like the outdoors, car trips, a good sunday brunch, wine, butterflies, hacky sac, beach combing at low tide. I like to cook dinner for someone who appreciates it. I love weekends, pets, roller coasters, flowers, old friends, star gazing, storm chasing, snowed- in days at home..(although after 3 days at home snowed in last year, one day will be enough). I love dave matthews. I love his voice, his emotion, his eyebrows and his leg. Well, I love him all, but those are the features that come to mind. I am lucky to live in a Redwood grove. I think they are the greatest trees and they are so beautiful. Our air is nice and clean because of them. I love the ocean, and am so lucky to live only 30 miles from it. When the mood strikes, I jump in my Matrix and head west,.... with the great "Pacific" as my destination. I love greys anatomy, becuase it is nice to look at Dr. McDreamy. If only all guys were like him and Dave..... well, that wouldn't work because then I would want ALL the guys... and really- I only want one. Am tired of bad guys, love you then leave you kinda fella... I spend my time working and being a mother to my almost 8 year old son. Have been a single mother since day 1. We spend each weekend doing SOMETHING fun, always including nature and some type of small road trip. So much beauty to see in our part of the world, we can't stop looking. And with my new camera, I am able to take the best pictures! You can see them in my albums.

Any dave matthews fan. Old college friends (I miss you guys!) Long lost relatives.... Down to earth people, true beings. Someone who actually wants to be on this earth unlike all the ones who walk here only because they were given a beating heart. And last, positive people. This is a new philosophy for me, I have always known about it, but never practiced it. Until I realized that our attitude and outlook actually DO shape our life (have you seen that movie "the secret"?) What you give is what you get. I still catch myself being negative and down at times, but must change it around, with good thoughts.
