Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead.

Eddie has experience in marketing, sales, running sales floors, raising money, and has consulted with many private and public companies. Mr. Spade is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker. He is married and has two wonderful children: one son and one daughter.

Shane Jones: Director
After attending Eastern Michigan University, Mr. Jones was employed by Euro-Atlantic Securities, out of Boca Raton, FL. Shane then was a founder of a Consulting firm which specialized in publicly traded companies. Mr. Jones, then started his own consulting company, to help raise capital, and consult with start-up and midstage companies on going public. He went on to create his own public company, that assisted in raising capital, and consulting on the equity markets, which he later sold. Mr. Jones brings over ten years of experience to the table for Graystone Park, he has been involved in raising capital, mergers, acquisitions, reverse mergers, and marketing in the small cap arena. Mr. Jones is married and has two wonderful boys.
