Straight from Gates Ave in Brooklyn, one of the hardest areas out here! Moved to Bed-Stuy in the early 80's, when the heart of the streets was ruff. If you wasn't hard or dealt drugs, a 5% percenter or a stick up kid, that how niggas in do or die got down for they crown. I'll been around some of the hardest cats in the Stuy. Well known drug dealers, niggas who didn't give a fuck about life! But they tried 2 show me different ways instead of a life of crime. But the Street took me in; life was a little hard, I had to do what I had to do. I was neva a big time drug dealer, or stick up kid, but I hold my own in the place where we pack chrome. Rolled with a lot of gangsters, niggas who love jail, and shot up spots. I sold drugs here and there, I kept it real through out my life. Neva fronted, neva acted like I was somebody that I wasn't. Straight from the gutta. Rap music was my getaway, in the crib I wrote rhymes as a hobby, neva knew rap was going to b this big. People I knew like B.I.G & Foxy, they paved the way for people like me. Thanks 2 those that showed me love through out the rough times. Now it my turn to bring the pain of Brooklyn back to life.
