Cecelia, The 19 year-old Texas born R&B artist, is certainly not just another pretty face. Although she has a long way to go, she has come so far. The southern girl started recording at the young age of 15. "I didn't really know what I was doing," she says with a laugh. "But they liked my sound and they worked with me."
When asked what makes her different, the artist simply replies, "I'm different because of my passion for the music. I've worked hard at what I do. And I'm willing to work even harder to get where I want to be. I have a unique sound and I'm ready to share it with the world."
